Visiting this website
This website doesn't use cookies, and it has no forms or accounts, so we don't ask you for any personal information here. The font and images load from our own site, not from other companies.
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare's servers handle technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and the type of browser you use, to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites, and it gives us only overall figures, such as how many people visited and which countries they came from.
Links to other companies' websites, such as our software partners, take you to sites with their own privacy notices.
When you contact us
If you email or phone us, we use your name, contact details and anything you tell us to reply to you, and, if we work together, to provide our services, support and invoices.
We do this because we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business, and, where we work together, because it's needed for our contract with you.
We keep this information only for as long as we need it for these purposes, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business and accounting records.
Who else sees it
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising. It's held by the services we use to run the business, such as our email provider and accounting software, and they handle it on our behalf. Some of these companies may store data outside the UK, with the safeguards UK law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us:
- for a copy of the information we hold about you
- to correct it if it's wrong
- to delete it, or to stop using it, in some circumstances
- to object to how we use it
